Being Available for the Pouring! Fon

The Holy Spirit was speaking to me this morning!

I am so glad that I obeyed when I felt that urge a few days ago to start getting up at 3:30 a.m. to pray. I got three pages of journal notes from My Conversation with God this morning, so I just want to just straight into sharing!

Now I got to admit something. This morning, I was dragging a bit when I went into the prayer closet. I even told the Holy Spirit I was a bit sleepy (like He didn’t already know). But I got down on my knees and oh my goodness.

First thing I heard were these three phrases: willing vessel; empty vessel; and available for my pouring. Then I heard: living a fully surrendered life. Next I heard: Be patient; Trust My promises; and Follow the Kingdom agenda. He spoke again and said: Trust Me and Follow My Instructions.

And then, as if He saw that I was woke enough to write. This is all what Holy Sprit said to me:

Don’t be so married to your plan and how you want to see things happen. Trust, Me. Do what I say. Be on assignment. Don’t come off the assignment. I have more for you to do. Trusting Me is divorcing you! (WHOA!)

I need willing vessels who just move at My command verses asking Me how or trying to understand all the details beforehand. I need women (single included) to trust Me completely.

I have so much I want to do in the lives of My people, but I can’t find willing vessels. Everyone is busy running their own plans. They are too focused on figuring it out, including you!

Pour out your plan. Empty out your thoughts and ideas. Wipe the slate clean. Scrap your plan. Scrap your projects. Trust Me, you will get your desires, but only after you agree to My Plan for getting them.

I asked the Holy Spirit a question: What’s the plan Lord?

He replied: Finish the first set of instructions: Pour out, empty out, wipe the slate clean.

Then He made it so plain to me using something that I was totally familiar with. He said: Just like your computer runs slow with all those tabs open, I need you to close out all the tabs of your plans and your ideas. Close out everything. Shut the computer down. I WILL POWER YOU BACK UP WITH MY POWER, once I see that you have emptied out.

He kept going and said: I can’t give vision to an already full vessel!!!

Empty out. Clean out.

What I want to pour into you requires a clean and sterilized environment. And I need YOU to clean YOU! Get rid of all that YOU can get rid of.

I asked the Holy Spirit another question: What do I need to pour out Lord?

He replied: Start with your plans and thoughts of how you think or thought things would go. Remove the old so I can give you the new.

I said: Show me Lord how to empty out effectively!

P.S. Scriptural Surprise (when I randomly open my Bible in expectation to what God wants to show me) was in Habakkuk (again), but this time it opened to the intro page. And there already highlighted was this message: Habakkuk is the book that teaches that we can take our stand and praise God even when we don’t grasp what He’s doing. So I don’t have a specific scripture, but in chapter 2, verse 4 ends with: But the righteous one will live by his faith. The Contemporary English translation says: Only those who live by faith are acceptable to me. The Message translation says: But the person in right standing before God through loyal and steady believing is fully alive, really alive. And the Amplified adds in brackets: But the righteous will live by his faith [in the true God].

SALVATION PRAYER

If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
