WHAT DID GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING

I literally stood on the word of God this morning!!! I heard the Holy Spirit say Stand Firm on my Word. Don’t waiver!

I opened my Bible to the Scriptural Surprise of John 14 and 15! I was in awe of the Word being about the Holy Spirit!!! I felt this strong urge to put my Bible on the floor of my prayer closet and stand on it! I went with it. I planted my feet on the open Bible. I literally, physically and spiritually STOOD ON THE WORD! I surrendered and just allowed the Holy Spirit to take over, as I spoke in unknown tongues. The light from my prayer closet got brighter and was shining on my face as my eyes were closed. It felt like the sun was shining really brightly on my face as I looked up. I could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit upon me! It was the most exhilarating experience ever!! I stood on the Word this morning!!! I took God at His Word and STOOD ON IT!! WOW!!!! Breathe that in for a moment!!!

While standing on the Word, I asked for healing in my family for my uncle who was in an accident almost 8 months ago. Standing on that Word, I said Holy Spirit, you said in this Word, that I can ask for anything, so I am asking for my uncle to come out of that unconscious state of mind right now. I also asked for my aunt to be healed from her stomach issue and for her to be strengthened. I stood flat-footed on the Word of God in my fuzzy socks and just asked the Holy Spirit for those things and some others things as I was led.

I felt the tears fall to the floor from my eyes as I prayed. When I opened my eyes, I saw the wetness on my prayer closet floor from the tears. And then I saw the tears that I had hit my Bible. The tears had fallen right on John 15:7-8 specifically!

As I read those verses plus John 14:14, I believed my prayers were answered because those verses said so!!!

  • John 14:14 says: Yes, ask anything in my name, and I will do it!.

  • John 15: 7 says: But if you stay joined to me and my words remain in you, you may ask any request you like, and it will be granted!

  • John 15:8 says: My true disciples produce much fruit. This brings great glory to my Father.

This morning, the Holy Spirit spoke to me straight from His Word in John 14 and 15!

I am so thankful that Jesus left us with the Holy Spirit on the inside of us as believers. The Holy Spirit is our comforter, our encourager, our advocate, and our teacher. Take a moment and read the following verses that stood out to me this morning. When you read them, they are officially IN YOU. Watch how the Holy Spirit will use them to comfort, encourage, advocate, and teach.

Oh what a morning!!! Thank you Holy Spirit!!!
