Doing What Matters Most to God

It is so important to spend that first part of the morning when you first wake up with God! This morning, Holy Spirit let me know some important things that I should be focused on and if I had not spent the first part of the morning with God praying, I wouldn’t know these things.
This morning Holy Spirit said:
Do what matters to Me.
People being set free.
People knowing that I set them free.
Loving people.
Be like Me and set people free.
“The Spirit of the Lord is in me.
This is because God chose me to tell the Good News to the poor.
God sent me to tell the prisoners of sin that they are free,
and to tell the blind that they can see again. (Isaiah 61:1)
God sent me to free those who have been treated unfairly (Isaiah 58:6). — Luke 4:18 ICB
Here we can see in Luke what God is calling us to do: tell the Good News! But also in Matthew 10:5-8, we specifically see what matters to God:
Jesus sent his twelve harvest hands out with this charge:
“Don’t begin by traveling to some far-off place to convert unbelievers. And don’t try to be dramatic by tackling some public enemy. Go to the lost, confused people right here in the neighborhood. Tell them that the kingdom is here. Bring health to the sick. Raise the dead. Touch the untouchables. Kick out the demons. You have been treated generously, so live generously. — Matthew 10:5-8 MSG
As you go, announce that the kingdom of heaven will soon be here. Heal the sick, raise the dead to life, heal people who have leprosy, band force out demons. You received without paying, now give without being paid. Matthew 10:7-8 CEV
What is most important in this life is that we all seek to do our part in the Great Commission Command. It is imperative that we never forget what God is asking us to do in this life.
Save. Heal. Deliver. Disciple.
Save the lost.
Heal the sick.
Deliver people from demons.
Make disciples of the people we just saved and delivered so they can disciple
To do what matters most to God we must know what to do, know how to do it, and have a willingness to be used by God TO DO IT! And it doesn’t require you knowing the whole bible. It’s really the Holy Spirit who lives in you that is guiding you daily on what to do, but we must spend time with Him daily so we can be ON ASSIGNMENT BY GOD.
P.S. I just love my Conversations With God! Don’t you?

SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
