Flowing with the Father Fon

Listen to the podcast version of this blog.

I will answer their prayers before they finish praying. Isaiah 65:24 CEV

It’s Friday and this morning during my prayer time, that’s the scripture I turned to when I was led by Holy Spirit to just flip open my Bible. I had not done that in a while since I have been doing the Scriptural Bible Studies on whole books of the Bible. But when I opened it up to Isaiah 65 and read that, I knew that’s exactly what Holy Spirit was saying to me. He also kept the conversation going and said, “Flow with Me.” I immediately got my pen ready to flow with the Father because He wasn’t done. Here’s what He said:

  • Flow with Me.

  • Flow in My timing.

  • Flow in My Way.

  • Just Flow with Me and don’t force it.

  • Nothing can block what I have already pre-destined to happen.

  • Flow with Me.

  • Don’t figure, just flow.

  • You’ll know when.

  • Be ready for the gush of a fast flow.

  • As I turn up the pressure, expect it to flow faster; but don’t panic at the pressure. Just flow with Me. I got you!

What a confidence booster from the Holy Spirit this morning, right? I mean, first He said He will answer me before I even finish praying and then He said just flow with Him. Hashtag Friday Flow with the Father!!

And check this out, I didn’t miss this one line in verse 15 of Isaiah 65 that said, He will give His servants another name!!! You better know that my faith is on level 100 right now!! God is doing a new thing and I am going to flow with the Father all the way!!

P.S. When I read Deuteronomy 25 for the Scriptural Bible Study, the Holy Spirit highlighted that this chapter was all about fairness and mercy, preserving the family line, being honest in business, and don’t even worry about those who came against you when you were tired and weary. Revenge is coming for them. But back to the part about preserving the family line though. That part stood out!! Okay Holy Spirit!!! I hear you!!

Oh yeah, another part that stood out too y’all was in Deuteronomy 25:11-12!! Did y’all see that part? If your man is in a fight with another man and you jump in it and grab the genitals of the man fighting your man, your hand will be cut off and no pity will be shown to you! Why??? Because sons were indeed a heritage from the Lord says Psalms 127:3-5, so harming a man’s reproductive ability incurred a severe penalty! I’ll say! Your whole hand gone be cut off? Sheesh!

Wives, let your man fight that battle (knowing that the battle is the Lord’s anyway). Pray for him, but definitely don’t put your hand in it or ON IT! Okay!!

SALVATION PRAYER

If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
