WHAT DID MY LORD GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING?

It's Never News to God
Holy Spirit never will get tired of hearing from you! I felt I needed to kick off the blog with that statement today because some of us are thinking that God don’t want to hear from us when we are angry or sad or perplexed.
But this morning in the prayer closet, the Holy Spirit said:
Share every emotion with Me
Be open
Be flexible
Be ready
There is nothing too hard for Me
I’ve never lost a battle
Ask Me what to do
Seek Me in what way to do it
Seek Me on what to say
I know what’s next
It’s never news to Me.
Prayer is the communication method for strategies on what to do next.
Don’t join the crowd if the crowd isn’t joined to Me
Stop wrestling the enemy with the wrong weapons.
Y’all, when I heard this from Holy Spirit, my mind was blown. And it’s not like I didn’t know it, but it was a reminder that absolutely nothing we see on the news catches Him by surprise. We can get caught up in such an uproar over what we see on the news, but Holy Spirit says it’s never news to Him. And He furthermore says, we aren’t to join the crowd unless the crowd is joined to Christ! Why? Because Jesus knows it all and He already paid it all.
Proverbs 14:11 says:
The house of the wicked will be destroyed, but the tent of the upright will flourish.
When the Holy Spirit said stop wrestling the enemy with the wrong weapons, I immediately thought about Ephesians 6:12, which the Contemporary English Version says this:
We are not fighting against humans. We are fighting against forces and authorities and against rulers of darkness and powers in the spiritual world. Ephesians 6:12 CEV
When I look at our approach to what’s going on in our world, we have to realize that this is age old fight of racism is not even a human fight. If it was, then I would think we would have banned together enough as a people to defeat it, but the reason it still raises its ugly head is because we are fighting against forces of darkness. And Holy Spirit is reminding us this morning that we are fighting with the wrong weapons.
The Hope Words in the Tony Evans Study Bible that I saw today said: The only way you will be able to see life with clear vision is when you view ALL OF LIFE from a Kingdom perspective. Are we viewing the news from a Kingdom Perspective?
Proverbs 14:12 says: There is a way that seems right to a person, but its end is the way to death.
Why not get to know The ONE who knows what’s next? Worldly human wisdom seems right but getting God’s perspective IS RIGHT!
Remember, none of what is happening has caught God by surprise! None of it!
So our strategy should always be to SEEK HIM first. He will tell those who He purposed to do, exactly what to do. When we follow His instructions, just like in the Bible, walls came down, giants were slayed, and enemies were defeated.
When people say things like we got to do more than pray. I totally agree. But the more that we got to do, must come straight from the one we are praying to. The Bible says Seek Him first in everything we do. So if we are skipping over prayer and just doing what we think seems right, that’s just using human wisdom. And the Word of God says, we aren’t fighting against humans. It’s a trick of the enemy to discount the power of prayer.
The Holy Spirit said prayer is the communications method for strategies on what to do next. God is doing a new thing and He wants to give us the new strategies for doing new things, but He needs our ears to be fine tuned into Him. That means spending time with Him. That means sharing our emotions with Him.
We got to get to know on a personal level, the only ONE who knows exactly what’s next. And the Only One who knows all is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Be encouraged. None of this is news to God. Have a conversation with God about it! He will tell you exactly what your assignment is in the matter!
