Non-Negotiable, that’s what the Holy Spirit said to me this morning. So of course I looked it up.

not open to discussion or modification.
"the essential features of the constitution are nonnegotiable"
(of a document) not able to be transferred or assigned to the legal ownership of another person.
As I looked up synonyms for the word two words stood out, non-transferable and sacrosanct. I knew what non-transferable meant but I had to look up sacrosanct. I have heard the word before, but I want to see what it meant. It means blessed, consecrated, revered, pure, and divine, just to name a few.
But that wasn’t all the Holy Spirit said in our conversation this morning. He said:
Non-negotiable
Go back and read what I said so you will know what not to negotiate on.
Don’t negotiate on My time.
Don’t negotiate on My assignments.
Don’t negotiate on My commandments.
Don’t even CONSIDER negotiating.
I have gone before you and already worked everything out for your good. It’s already done.
Just follow My path and you will get to what I promised.
Don’t stop until you get there, no matter how long the journey.
Know that I am with you and my route is the best route.
Don’t look for short cuts or try to negotiate the time it takes to get there.
Trust me the ENTIRE way!
I mean, what can I say after that. The Holy Spirit said what He said! LOL! But check this out, when the Holy Spirit said, “don’t stop until you get there, no matter how long the journey,” my mind immediately thought…pack some snacks. What are snacks? Scriptures! That’s the kind of snacks you are to pack when you are walking with the Lord. The Word of God feeds you and will keep you full on this journey called life. God’s Word is Non-Negotiable!!
