Purpose

WHAT DID GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING

This morning, the Holy Spirit gave me the word purpose. I sat there this morning with pen and journal in hand, waiting for more, but that’s all I got, one word…PURPOSE!

As I have grown spiritually, I have learned to just accept what the Holy Spirit gives me, trusting that when there is more, He will reveal it to me. So today, I encourage you to meditate on the word Purpose!

The Scriptural Surprise today is the book of Romans, chapters 1-3. The standout verses are:

• Romans 1:12

• Romans 2:4, 11, 13, 16, 29.

• Romans 3:18

I know that’s a lot of stand out verses, but hey, those are the ones that truly stuck out to me this morning. I have faith that when you read chapters 1-3, the Holy Spirit will give you a conversation and make some verses within those chapters stand out for you! When I read those verses in Romans, I really understood more about sin and how God, through His Son Jesus Christ, saved me. The Word of God is a living and breathing Word. You will always get a fresh revelation if you take the time to read the Word and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you through the Word.

Jesus Christ had a purpose when He came to earth. What’s yours?

I pray you are either seeking your purpose or already living a purposeful life that is pleasing to God.

I am thankful for the purpose Jesus Christ fulfilled on earth. He is my Savior!
