Repent Quickly!

WHAT DID GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING

On this Saturday morning, I was super sleepy in the prayer closet. I prayed and pushed through as best I could. I pray that God honors the try this morning. Yesterday’s message was about restoration. Today, I heard the Holy Spirit say, Always repent quickly and know that I can restore!

The scriptural surprise was found in Ezekiel 16. As I was reading today, it was a lot like what I read in Amos on yesterday. I believe it is so important for us to do better when we know better. Repent quickly when you make a misstep that you know God would not be proud of! I am so thankful that Jesus saved my life and while I may mess up, I can always go to God and ask for forgiveness because I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and got up with all power in his hands. Do I keep messing up because I am saved? NO! Don’t take the forgiveness that Jesus died for, for granted. Do your best and try not to keep making the same mistakes. God loves you and wants the best for you always. There is nothing you can do to separate the love of God from your life. He created you! He loves you!
