WHAT DID MY LORD GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING?

It’s a terrific Tuesday and I am thankful to our Lord and Savior for waking me up this morning to do what He purposed me to do today!!
I just love how the Lord loves on me. And when I think about it, He has BEEN loving on me from the beginning. The connection I have with Holy Spirit through prayer though, is the relationship I always sought in human form, but I didn’t realize it was THIS RELATIONSHIP with the Lord that had to be established FIRST before any other human relationship could be added. Y’all know the scripture. Matthew 6:33 says:
Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Matthew 6:33 NLT
When I started seeking Him first, He did some HEARTWORK on me and transformed my mind and thinking. As I was spending quality time (my love language) with the Lord, here’s the conversation we had:
I am the author.
I already wrote the story of your life.
I know how the story ends.
Play the part I assigned YOU.
The story I have written will always play out AS WRITTEN.
I will move everything around just so that what I SAID…WILL BE.
My plans will always be accomplished.
When I hear from the Lord, I always confirm what I hear in His word. And Hebrews 12:2 confirms that He is indeed the author and the finisher.
looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2 NKJV.
When He said: play the part I assigned YOU, I referenced Ephesians 2:10
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10
When He said: I will move everything around just so that what I said…will be:
God is not a man, so he does not lie.
He is not human, so he does not change his mind.
Has he ever spoken and failed to act?
Has he ever promised and not carried it through? Numbers 23:19 NLT
When He said: my plans will always be accomplished:
Remember the things I have done in the past.
For I alone am God!
I am God, and there is none like me.
Only I can tell you the future
before it even happens.
Everything I plan will come to pass,
for I do whatever I wish.
I will call a swift bird of prey from the east—
a leader from a distant land to come and do my bidding.
I have said what I would do,
and I will do it. Isaiah 46:9-11 NLT
Now how did I find all these scriptures? I just used Google to guide me in my Bible Study. I used the Words that I heard from the Holy Spirit and put in the search bar “scripture about God’s plans” and I got Isaiah 46. See the Word of God has EVERYTHING we need in it. But don’t let not knowing your bible inside and out keep you from confirming God’s Word that you heard!!
As I was writing all this in my journal, the Holy Spirit gave me some personal instructions too:
Use the money to set yourself up with the right tools.
Get set up.
Get prepared.
Be a well-oiled machine.
Get it all set up so it’s just plug and play.
Execute quickly
Now when He said #5, plug and play, I had to get clarification. I said, “what do you mean by that Lord,” (and let me say parenthetically, that the Holy Spirit does not mind you asking questions. He wants you to be clear). But when I asked Him what He meant, I heard Him say: Plug into Me, the power source, and play back what I say in the prayer closet!!!! Plug into Me and playback what I say!
Let us be ENCOURAGED today to stay in the face and at the feet and place of our Father God, so we can play out our part, that He planned before we were even born.
“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb.
Before you were born I set you apart
and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5 NLT
Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in your book and planned before a single one of them began. Psalm 139:16 CSB
