I want to kick today off by saying Happy Belated Mother’s Day to all the Moms! Since we don’t publish and podcast on Sundays, I saved it for today. Plus as a Momma, every day is day worth to celebrate us as Mommas, right? I mean we are Mom-ing every day, so why not, right?
This morning’s prayer time was so good! I love the combination of praying in the Spirit and then praying in the natural as well. Often times, I believe it’s a period of interpretation of my spiritual prayers.
As I was praying this morning I heard the Holy Spirit say: “Some of your answers to the questions you have, have already been spoken to you. Go back and read your journals. Combine all the prophetic Words that have been spoken over you in one place so you can easily review them again.”
As I wrote this very Word from the Lord down in my journal, I started to think about all the other words I had written, on this blog, and prophetic words that people had spoken over me. Last year around February, my church had a night of prophecy and honestly it was my first time ever experiencing anything like it. You walk down to the front and there are several elders and leaders of the church positioned down front. It was an amazing experience. I remember getting the word and then rushing back to my seat to capture it on my phone in my notes. At the time, I didn’t know that having my phone recorder on would have probably been best because the enemy seeks to steal the word so that you don’t remember what you heard.
There was another experience where I jumped on a periscope (that’s an app where people go Live and broadcast video and audio to their followers) and there was a prophet who gave me a word and it lined up exactly to the blog I had just written that very morning. This man didn’t know me AT ALL. And at the time, my name wasn’t associated with my blog nor did my periscope name match up. Plus I had gotten on the periscope from another minister’s sharing of his broadcast. This blew my mind even more!
Over the last year, I have had several prophetic words spoken over me and I have attended a few prophetic meetings and have seen prophetic words being spoken over people and the accuracy being on point.
This morning, I believe the Holy Spirit wanted to remind us that some of the things we are praying about and asking God to give us answers on, have already been spoken. One of the prophetic words I got last year was “it’s already done.” And I have seen that word be accurate in my life on several occasions with things that I have been praying about. It was already done, already handled. Things that I desire are already done, even if I haven’t seen it yet or gotten it yet. It’s my faith that believes the Word of the Lord that it is already done and I don’t have to pray for it to be done, because it is DONE ALREADY!! Hallelujah!!
Today’s scriptural surprise backs that word right on up in Isaiah 43 and 44. Read those chapters to see how the Lord spoke through the prophet Isaiah.
One final thing before I go. I was praying prayers this morning from my Prayers that Rout Demons book and one of the prayers that stood out and made me write it down was: Every mountain in my way will become a plain. That’s Zechariah 4:7. That stood out to me during prayer time because the Holy Spirit reminded me of a prophetic word that I heard where the Lord said He was clearing a path for me!! That means every mountain that the enemy tries to erect to keep me from the purposes of God will be knocked down FLAT, and so flat that it will be a plain. A plain is a large area of flat land with few trees, which is exactly A CLEAR PATH!!
Be encouraged today to go back and review your journals, notes, and prophetic words you have received…your answers to your prayers may have already been announced. Go do your assignment.
