I ain’t come to play on this Friday! I’m coming straight out the gate with it y’all. Forget all the flowery leads and pleasantries. With the kind of week I have had…it’s time to HIT YOU WITH IT OFF THE RIP…OFF TOP!
Today is RIVIVAL Friday! Welcome to REVIVAL Services here at On Assignment by God. I am your minister for the hour (okay not that long), Fon Strong James, and I want to bring you a FIRE WORD from the Lord.
Overcome!
That’s the word I heard from the Holy Spirit this morning. He said I have overcome the world, so when it comes to you (and it will come)… When trouble comes. When trials come. When tribulations come. When bills come. When mess comes. When depression comes. When anxiety comes. When procrastination comes. When hesitation comes. When sadness comes. When doubt comes. When fear comes. When rejection comes. When your past comes back up. When heartbreak comes. When disappointment comes. When death comes. When sickness comes. When no’s come. When not yet comes. When the enemy comes…
TAKE HEART, I HAVE ALREADY OVERCOME THE WORLD said the Lord! (John 16:33)!
Strap in, because it’s about to get crunk in revival. The Holy Spirit had to remind me of some things this morning. Jesus has ALREADY overcome the world! Everything in it. Everything you deal with. Everything I deal with. JESUS…let’s say His name…JESUS has already overcome it!!
So when it comes, I AM ALREADY OVER IT!
Did y’all hear me?? I said when it comes (because you know it’s coming), but when it comes, I AM ALREADY OVER IT! Jesus has overcome the world, so when it comes, because the Bible said in Isaiah 54:17 that weapons will form. So we know it’s gonna come! The weapons are coming. The weapons are forming. But…they won’t prosper! Why? Because John 16:33 says, Jesus ALREADY Overcame the world. So whatever weapons form in this world, they can’t prosper because Jesus already overcame them.
But what about spiritual wars? Because Ephesians 6:12 says: For we are not fighting against human beings but against the wicked spiritual forces in the heavenly world, the rulers, authorities, and cosmic powers of this dark age. Well the verse before that one tells you: Put on all the armor that God gives you, so that you will be able to stand up against the Devil's evil tricks.
Either way, we got the VICTORY!!
Bottom line: WHEN IT COMES, I’M ALREADY OVER IT!!!!
Why? Because Jesus has already overcome it!
We going to Bible Study this morning y’all. Grab your Bible or your Bible App and let’s take a field trip. This morning, I asked the Holy Spirit to show me what He wanted me to see this morning. I did the Scriptural Surprise several times and y’all I could just shout right now with where He sent me in the Word. Let’s travel through the Bible so I show you some sights!!
FIRST STOP: Isaiah 54: 14, 17: (14) And you will be established on a foundation of righteousness. You will be far from oppression, you will certainly not be afraid; you will be far from terror, it will certainly not come near you. (17) No weapon formed against you will succeed.
Tony Evans Study Bible Hope Words: Don’t focus on the size of your problem. Focus on the size of your God.
Assignment Question: What kind of foundation are you building your life on?
SECOND STOP: Ecclesiastes 11:2: Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight; you do not know what disaster may come upon the land.
Assignment Question: What 8 ventures are you investing in?
THIRD STOP: Romans 12:1-2, 9, 12. Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. 9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Tony Evans Study Bible Hope Words: In order to transform what you do, you must first transform how you think.
Assignment Question: Are you willing to surrender what you want for what God commands?
FOURTH STOP: 2 Thessalonians 3:13,16,18: 13 But as for you, brothers and sisters, do not grow weary in doing good. 16 May the Lord of peace himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with all of you. 18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
Encouragement: Keep doing good. Receive the peace given to you from the Lord of peace. Thank the Lord for His grace that He daily loads into your heavenly account for you. You can trust and believe, when He loads your account, it’s always enough.
FIFTH STOP: Ecclesiastes 12:12-13: But regarding anything beyond this, dear friend, go easy. There’s no end to the publishing of books, and constant study wears you out so you’re no good for anything else. The last and final word is this: Fear God. Do what he tells you.

Assignment Question: Have you done the last thing God told you to do?
Y’all see how the Holy Spirit straight took me to Bible Study Revival School this morning in the prayer closet!! I’m talking about straight WORD!!! Bam bam bam bam bam!! You get a Word from God. You get a Word from God. You get a Word from God!! I kept closing my Bible and opening it up over and over and what you just read is what I got! So I shared it with you!
The final thing I heard the Holy Spirit say to me this morning and it was personal, but I am going to share it with you anyway. He said, Fon, you don’t have to do anything else in that matter. I GOT THIS! I am the ONLY WAY. I AM THE TRUTH. I AM THE LIFE! And I know that’s what I heard from Him because that’s HIS WORD and it stands all day long (John 14:16).
I pray that the Holy Spirit revived you this morning like He did me!!
When I got up, I had a spring in my step and I am jumping up and down with excitement because everything that tried to push me down this week, only made me SPRING FORTH EVEN HIGHER!!! (sound effects) Boing Yong Yong Yong!! I just went HIGHER!!!
