Don't Compromise the Calling

Good Morning Y’all!

Okay, so we are right in the middle of the May Edition of the 7 Days to 1 Hour Prayer Challenge! Matter of fact, we are on Day 4! While praying today, I heard the following from Holy Spirit:

  • Effective

  • Heavy footing, stomping, marching, taking territory

  • Don’t compromise the calling.

  • No called one left behind.

  • Prayer is pulling them out of harm’s way. Pray My Word.

  • No more compromising

While praying I had an open vision of a battleground and one of the soldiers from God’s Occupying Army had compromised and was now injured. The Lord was showing me that when I prayed, I was pulling them out of harm’s way! But I had to tell them, NO MORE COMPROMISING!

As believers, we are all called to occupy until Jesus Christ returns (Luke 19:13) and as prayer warriors/intercessors, we can’t leave our fellow soldiers behind, even when they compromise. We must PRAY THEM TO SAFETY! Then share the Word of God with them!

Here are some scriptures I landed on regarding compromise:

So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin. - James 4:17

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. - Romans 12: 1-2

“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money. - Matthew 6:24

Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. - Colossians 3:5

And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” - Luke 10:27

For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, - Hebrews 10:26

“If you love me, you will keep my commandments. - John 14:15

I don’t know where you may be compromising in your calling, but I encourage you today to REPENT, RENOUNCE, and REPLACE with the Word of God and obedience to His Word! Don’t compromise the calling that you’ve been assigned by God.

I just love my conversations with the Lord, don’t you?
