Just Do What I Tell Ya!

WHAT DID GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING

This morning I jumped up at 5! I had to. I went to bed late, but before I climbed into bed, I got on my knees and prayed. I set an expectation for myself. I said, “I’ll talk to you at 5 in the morning God.” And when the alarm went off, I jumped up. There was no negotiation with my mind or my mattress. Feet hit the ground and if I didn’t think I would wake my kids up, I would have said, “RAAAGGGGHHHH!!” You know that sound you make when you are trying to scare someone? LOL!! That’s how crunk I was when I jumped up. I knew when my feet hit the ground, I stepped on the NECK OF SATAN who be trying his hardest to make me pause on my power! RAAAAAGGGHHH! Not today! I know that God still uses me even when I wake up late, but today, I moved quicker and I feel a whole different level of momentum this morning!!! You would think that with this kind of momentum, I am coming with a long message. LOL!!

Here’s what me and the Holy Spirit conversed about this morning:

OBEY
Stop going back to what I have already brought you out of.
What I have you creating requires full attention and dependency on me.
Keep getting my permission.
Keep surrendering.

That’s it! But it’s a strong 5 bullets of pure instruction!

But before I go, I got to share this with you. This morning I felt so much love. I mean I felt like the Holy Spirit was just rubbing my cheek with his spiritual knuckles. I felt warm tears fall from my eyes. It is very hard to put into words how loved I felt this morning. Being loved by God on a spiritual level is a feeling like I have never ever felt in the natural. I heard the Holy Spirit say: I absolutely adore who you are and who you are becoming for ME. Y’all this feeling of knowing that I am adored and loved by my Creator is a high that I never want to come down from. Wooooooow! #thehighesthigh

The scriptural surprise today came from Jeremiah 6-8. The stand out verse was in chapter 7, verse 23. What I received from reading these chapters and verses:

Don’t keep sinning. Obey Me!
When you do what I say, all will be well.

A lot of scripture that I’ve been reading lately has been focused on obedience and turning away from doing stuff that just doesn’t please God at all. When you read the Word of God, you see that people was wilding out and God was sending messages through prophets saying: now look people, all you got to do is stop sinning and turn the other way from this foolishness. There is nothing you have done that I can’t forgive. Repent. But the people wouldn’t listen. Are you doing what God says?

I pray that you are listening and hearing what God is telling you to turn from, and also following the instructions and assignments He has placed on you to do. Being out of a relationship with God is bad place to be, and it doesn’t feel good living in disobedience. He doesn’t want that for you at all. He loves you too much to see you like that.

Today I encourage you to do like I did this morning, JUMP UP, REPENT, PRAY, AND DO WHAT GOD HAS DESIGNED FOR YOU TO DO…TODAY! Aye!!! Get you some good, hype, Jesus influenced music going and don’t let anything stop you! (P.S. my pastor put me on to this song and it’s banging!!)
