WHAT DID GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING
This morning is different because I’m not at home. I had to make some adjustments to accommodate my prayer time because I decided that prayer time is non negotiable. I made a choice to create a prayer closet wherever I am and pray for however long I can. Immediately I heard the Holy Spirit say I can do BIG in SMALL! Even if my prayer time isn’t the full hour, the Holy Spirit comforted me with the words of doing BIG in SMALL!!!
This morning I’m blogging from New Orleans. I prayed for the home I’m staying in and the the people living here. I heard the Holy Spirit this morning tell me to pray for those in uncomfortable conditions. Often times we get used to living a certain way or being in a certain type of environment. But we must still pray regardless of our condition or our circumstances. It won’t always be what you’re used to and you still need to pray in uncomfortable or unexpected places! My friend’s family keeps this home extremely cold but the Holy Spirit reminded me that some people are extremely hot right now and laying on concrete or under a bridge. I prayed for them to still be praying regardless of their circumstances and I prayed for them because some don’t know to pray.
The Holy Spirit gave me two words this morning: direction and discernment.
He said I will direct you and give you the ability to discern once you get there, what I need you to do.
I want to encourage you this morning to allow the Holy Spirit to do what He does regardless of your surroundings, circumstances, or situations.
Pray no matter what!
