Be Strong!
Be Strong!
WHAT DID GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING
It’s a new month and I believe God is giving us even more strength to accomplish His will on earth! We are in the final quarter of 2019 and the word I got from the Holy Spirit this morning is keep going and don’t get weary in doing good!
When I first opened my bible, I landed on Ezekiel 25. It was one of those chapters where the Lord kept sending messages saying, because you did this, I am going to do this. Because you didn’t do this, I am going to do this. And when the Lord said He would do this certain thing to them…it wasn’t good for the people who had not done what they were supposed to do. It was basically the Lord being upset and showing them that HE IS LORD!
As I thought about those verses in that chapter, the Holy Spirit helped me to see that God really isn’t pleased with us when we don’t obey, and it’s much easier for us when we can do what He has called us to do verses doing the opposite of what He commands. And I love that He will always give us everything we need to do what He commands us to do! He loves us!
In the second scriptural surprise today (because I turned to see if there were any more surprises), I read 2 Thessalonians chapter 3. What the Holy Spirit revealed to me from this reading was:
Whomever does not work, does not eat.
Stop wasting time and meddling in other people’s business.
Do your work. Focus on your business.
Never get tired of doing good.
Peace in the storm, no matter what storms come. I am with you.
With Me, you CAN endure!
I am giving you strength in every good thing you do and say!
God’s grace is sufficient for us to accomplish His will on earth. As we begin a new month, see this as a time to get it right. See September as the month to push even more to doing what God has called you to do. See September as a month to obey God to the fullest. See September as the month where you spend even more time with God. I felt so sleepy this morning and my pillow felt the best it has ever felt (LOL), but I have made up in my mind that praying is my #1 priority, and because I have made up my mind, I stand on the Word of God in 2 Thessalonians, chapter 3, verse 5, which says:
May the Lord bring you into an even deeper understanding of the love of God and the endurance that comes from Christ. 2 Thessalonians 3:5
My 3 year old nephew was taking swim lessons this summer and his coach asked him was he tired or could he make it to the side of the pool. In the sweetest voice ever, he said: I can STILL make it! It’s that kind of child like faith that I have this morning knowing that with God…I can STILL make it, and so can you!!
Enjoy this holiday and decide that prayer will be a priority. It’s essential for us to make it! With Christ, we can endure!

If you’re not a believer and have a desire to be, openly confess and declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer out loud, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community and start having a conversation through prayer with God every day. And let me be the first to welcome you to your new life with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. YAAAAY!!!!! You made the best decision you could ever make! Feel free to email me at info@onassignmentbyGod.com and let me know about your newfound life or if you need prayer for anything.
