WHAT DID GOD SAY TO ME THIS MORNING
When you are seeking God in everything, you must be willing to wait and not assume that everything “spiritual” is from God. His Word is TRUE and when you really press into Him, read His word, and listen to Him, He will let you know what’s real and what’s not real. So don’t be fooled because the enemy knows the desires of your heart too, and he will try to fool you like it’s coming from God. When it distracts you too much from what God has you doing, it’s not God. Run from anything that is not God.
Here’s my conversation with God from this morning:
I will reveal everything you need to see, so that you can make wise choices.
Pay attention to what you see. I am showing you things for a reason. Don’t overlook what I am showing you.
Every time you think, this is it, I am allowing you to see, that’s not it.
When I bring things to you, you won’t have to wonder if it’s Me doing it. It will always line up with my word 100%, not partially.
Don’t be fooled by people who say the right things. Anybody can say the right things, but watch more closely what they actually do!
Every time something comes up, see how it lines up with My Word.
Pay attention. Everything that sound good ain’t good. Don’t ignore the small things that I show you, even when everything else sounds good. Pay attention to ALL of it. Every detail.
You don’t have time for anything but Me right now. If it’s not me, don’t spend time on it. Matter of fact, don’t even think about it.
I know God has me on assignment. Lately I haven’t been as focused as I should, and this morning the Holy Spirit was setting me straight in a loving way. When you surrender it all over to Him, be ready for Him to nudge you in the right direction and help you remove distractions. Today, I have to finish editing my book. I have been distracted from doing that, but today, I won’t let anything stop me from moving forward.
Be blessed on this Tuesday…and remember the assignment God has you on is bigger than you. Don’t be fooled or distracted from your assignment.
