Do You Really Love God?
Last night and this morning, I heard the Holy Spirit say: Urgent Obedience.
He kept the conversation going with: Get back to urgent obedience. Don’t let procrastination have you miss the mark or the moment.
Urgent means immediate action or immediate attention. It also means: high-priority, insistent, persistent, and determined.
Obedience means compliance, acquiescence, perform, and act-on.
Obey means to comply with the command.
When I started digging more into what the Holy Spirit said, I found this scripture in John 14:15, but it was the amplified translation that really made me ask myself: Do I really love God?
If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands. — John 14:15 AMPC
I repented for my disobedience and procrastination on the assignments He has given me. I want to encourage you this morning to do the same.
Holy Sprit also said: Don’t let lies linger! Make them obedient to My Word. Shut them down immediately!
I destroy every claim and every reason that keeps people from knowing God. I keep every thought under control in order to make it obey Christ. — 2 Corinthians 10:5 NIRV
I repented for lying thoughts that I have allowed to linger. The enemy wants to get into your mind first because then your actions will follow your thoughts. Like 2 Corinthians 10:5 says: We have to take every thought captive and keep it under control in order to MAKE IT OBEY CHRIST!
Be encouraged to be urgently obedient to every word God commands you! The only way we can know if we are obeying God is by knowing His Word.
P.S. I just love my Conversations With God! Don’t you?

SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
