It’s Friday and I know you are excited if this week has been a doozy kinda week for you, but look at God, you made it! You know why? Because He sustained you! Nope it wasn’t you at all. It was all God, our Creator; our Lord; our Savior; and yes yes…our Sustainer!!
This morning as I was reading Deuteronomy 32 for the Scriptural Bible Study (and yup it was a long chapter), the verse that really stood out to me was verse 6:
Is this how you repay the Lord, you foolish and senseless people? Isn’t he your Father and Creator? Didn’t he make you and sustain you? Deuteronomy 32:6 CSB
When I read that I just started thanking God for sustaining me! I just felt so grateful to God for being MY SUSTAINER!! He has sustained me my whole life, even when I didn’t acknowledge Him, He still kept on sustaining me!!! Oh how great is our God!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I went to find scripture about Him being my Sustainer and check out Psalm 55:22 in two translations that resonated with me below:
Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. NIV
So here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Leave all your cares and anxieties at the feet of the Lord, and measureless grace will strengthen you. The Passion Translation
When I look back over my life, He has HELD ME UP even when I was down. He sustained me then and He is sustaining me now! The “ing” nature of my Father God has me shouting!! He keeps on sustaining!! Ongoing!! Never stopping!! Hallelujah!!

SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
