My Help x 3...Comes from the Lord!
This morning the Holy Spirit reminded me of His phone number when I flipped open my Bible to Jeremiah!
Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and incomprehensible things you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3 CSB
Dial 333! That’s Jeremiah 33:3! But before He reminded me of His phone number He said three words: Helper. Purpose Partner.
I kept listening.
He said: Their purpose is to partner with you to help you live out your Kingdom purpose on earth. They are to help you do what is necessary to expand the Kingdom. They are your helper. You are their helper. Holy Spirit is your Helper!
As I wrote in my journal, I noticed Jeremiah 32:26-27 which says: The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah: “Look, I am the Lord, the God over every creature. “Is there anything too difficult for me?
Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah a second time in Jeremiah 33:3. I love this verse. He says call me and I will answer you. Have you ever had someone to tell you to call them and they didn’t answer? Over time, if that kept happening, it may have made you not want to call them anymore. But our Lord is saying CALL ME, I WILL ANSWER and I AM GOING TO TELL YOU GREAT AND INCOMPREHENSIBLE THINGS YOU DO NOT KNOW!!! WOW! Now that’s a call I want to make every single day!!!
In this 33rd chapter of Jeremiah, it’s talking about Israel’s restoration. The place was in ruins and desolation with no people or animals, but I love verse 11 where the Lord says, there will be heard again a sound of joy and gladness, the voice of the groom and the bride, and the voice of those say, Give thanks to the Lord of Armies for the Lord is good; his faithful love endures forever as they bring thank offerings to the temple of the Lord. For I will restore the fortunes of the land as in former times, says the Lord.
I was encouraged as I read this. Then the Holy Spirit spoke again to me and said:
I will always send the help you need. I will always show you who I want you to help.
I was encouraged even more. I started singing: My help, my help, my help…comes from the Lord!
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you. John 14:26 NASB
SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
