Obedience Shows Love to God
“If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.” — John 14:15 AMPC
This morning I discerned the voice of God saying: swift obedience. Hurry up and obey. The above scripture says if you REALLY love me, you will obey me!
When we are slow to obey (procrastination), we are disobedient.
Yesterday I was “talking” to my kids about obeying me quickly and the Lord reminded me of how I feel when they don’t jump up and get moving!
What has God commanded us to do that we are dragging our feet on? It’s a reflection of how much we really love Him! 🤯 That’s what Jesus said!! Knowing that Jesus said it, encourages me to hurry up and obey!
I repent Lord for slow obedience and even no obedience!
Today and everyday, I’m in a rush to obey God! I’m in a rush to pay tithes. I’m in a rush to forgive. I’m in a rush to sow. I’m in a rush to pray! I’m in a rush to fast! I’m in a rush to give. I’m in a rush to heal. I’m in a rush to deliver people from evil. I’m in a rush to cast out demons! I’m in a rush! IN JESUS NAME!
I REALLY do love Jesus and my rush to obey Him in every area of my life is evidence of my love!

SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
