Acknowledge Me In All
Happy Saturday!
This morning the Holy Spirit said: Even when you can’t trace Me, trust Me. And when you DO trace Me, acknowledge that it is Me.
He said, Not all moves are BIG. Some are small, but impactful all the same. Don’t miss the small, acknowledge them all. Even the “small” things are connected to the BIGGER picture.
Acknowledge Me in all, and you will cover BIG and small.
The longer your eyes are on Me, the more you can see Me move in your life.
“What bliss you experience when your heart is pure! For then your eyes will open to see more and more of God.” — Matthew 5:8 TPT
“You’re blessed when you get your inside world—your mind and heart—put right. Then you can see God in the outside world.”— Matthew 5:8 MSG
What does the word acknowledge mean? It means to accept or admit the existence or truth of. It also means to make known.
At my kids homeschool program, we subscribe to the motto: To know God and make Him known.
How do you get to the know God? Are you making Him known?
The Holy Spirit this morning is reminding us to ACKNOWLEDGE Him in all things, BIG and small. The synonyms for acknowledge are: admit, accept, grant, allow, confession, appreciate, recognize, realize, respect, and bow to.
Now if we were to replace the word acknowledge with one of these words, that would definitely make this assignment more personal, wouldn’t it?
Admit Me in all.
Confess Me in all.
Bow to Me in all.
Appreciate Me in all.
Recognize Me in all.
Realize Me in all.
Respect Me in all.
Accept Me in all.
You see what I did there? Which one of those synonym words really resonate with you? I like them all, but for me, RECOGNIZE really stood out. Holy Spirit is saying to recognize Him in big and small; recognize Him in every part of our lives.
I give the Lord all the praise for every way that He has made in my life. From the small things to the big things, I know that it is all because of Him. I acknowledge God in every area of my life.
Will you do the same? Will you Proverbs 3:6…acknowledge God in all your ways so that He can direct your paths?
Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Proverbs 3:6 NLT
SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
